<br />ELECTRIC EASEMENT
<br />Jeff Kach and Susan Kach, husband and wife, herein called Grantor, in
<br />consideration of the sum of One Thousand Four Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars
<br />($1,450.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto
<br />the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a permanent
<br />and perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair,
<br />replace, relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, overhead and underground
<br />electric lines, static/ground conductors, communication lines, cables, conduits, pipes,
<br />poles, towers, wires, fibers, anchors, foundations, footings, terminals, transformers,
<br />surface markers, and other appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along,
<br />over, across, underneath, and through a part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(W%zSE'/) and the West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W'/ONE'/) of Section Twenty-
<br />three (23), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. ,Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. The easement and right-of-way being more particularly described
<br />as follows:
<br />The westerly twenty-five (25) feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Sautheast
<br />Quarter (NW'/SE'/) of Section Twenty-three (23), Township Twelve (12) Narth,
<br />Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. Hall County, Nebraska and the westerly
<br />twenty-five (25) feet of a tract of land in the Northeast Quarter (NE'/) of Section
<br />Twenty-three (23), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th
<br />P.M. Hall County, Nebraska described as commencing at the Southeast corner
<br />of said Northeast Quarter, thence running northerly along the east line of said
<br />Northeast Quarter a distance of Thirteen and One-half (13'/2) rods, thence
<br />running westerly a distance of One Hundred Sixty (160) rods more ar less to a
<br />point on the west line of said Northeast Quarter Fourteen and One-half (14'/2)
