M^ <br />20100i97~ <br />This Temporary Easement shall expire at such time as the initial installation of pipe shall have <br />been completed and accepted by the GRANTEE from the contractor undertaking such <br />installation on behalf of GRANTEE. <br />To have and to hold the same unto the said GRANTEE, its successors and assigns as <br />appurtenant to the land and every part thereof; and GRANTORS hereby dedicate their interests <br />in said real estate to the use of the GRANTEE.
