<br />2oiooiso~ <br />(5) Grantor published Notice of Trustee's Sale, to be held on February 24, 2010 <br />at 10:00 a.m., in the lower lobby of the Hall County Caurthause, in the City of Grand Island, <br />County of Hall, State of Nebraska, which Notice of Trustee's Sale was published in the <br />Grand Island Independent, once a week for five (5) consecutive weeks, commencing on <br />January 15, 2010 and ending an February 12, 2010. The last publication of Notice of <br />Trustee's Sale was at least ten (10) days prior to the Trustee's Sale, and said sale was not <br />later than thirty (30) days after the last publication of Notice of Trustee's Sale. <br />(6) Grantor conducted the. sale of the real property at public auction and has <br />accepted the bid ofFannie Mae, a United States Corporation, for the sum of Fifty Thousand <br />Four Hundred Ninety-Two and 42/100 Dollars ($50,492.42), as the highest bid upon said <br />real property. Grar><trrr has complied with the requirements of the abave-referenced Deed of <br />Trust and the requirements ofNebraska Revised Statutes, Sections 76-1001 through 76-1018, <br />(Reissue 1990), in the exercise of the sale of the real property described herein at the <br />Trustee's Sale held an February 24, 2010. <br />This Deed shall operate to convey to the Grantee, without right of redemption, the <br />Grantor's title and all right, title, interest and claim of the Trustors, and their successors in <br />interest and of all persons claiming by, through or under it, in and to the above-described real <br />property, including all such right, title, interest and claim in interest subsequent to the <br />execution of the Deed of Trust. <br />This Deed is subject to all easements, restrictions or covenants of record, which <br />Grantor is not entitled to convey pursuant to Nebraska Revised Statutes, Section 76-1010(2), <br />(Reissue 1990). <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />ss. <br />COUNTY OF LANCASTER ) <br />On this 10 day of March, 2010, before me the undersigned, the Notary Public in and for <br />said County, personally came _ Larry L.
