("LPS"), by and through its officers, Chase's true and lawful Attorney-in- <br />Fact, ib Chase's name, place and stead and for Chase's benefit, in connection with all mortgage loans serviced by <br />Chase solely for the purpose of performing such acts and executing such documents in the name of Chase, necessary <br />~ ~ to effectuate the folk-wing entanersted h~ansactions in respect of any of the mortgages or deeds of <br />trust (the "Mortgagee" and the "Daods of'I}ust", reaptctively) and promissory notes aecur~ thereby (the "Mortgage <br />Notes") for which the undersigned is acting (whether the undersigned k named therein as mortgages or beneficiary <br />~ ~ become tnortgagae ~' virtue of endorsement of the Mortgage Note secured by any such Mortgage or Dead of <br />Trust) and for which LAS is servicing the Mortgage Notes and Mortgages, <br />LP5 shall discharge its duties and shall exercise the authority granted under this Limited Power of Attorney by and <br />through the LPS employees listed on the attached Exhibit A. <br />This Appointment shall apply only to the following enumerated transactions and nothing herein or in the <br />Agreements shall be construed to the contrary: <br />With respect to the completion of judicial or non judicial foreclosure of a Mortgage or Deed of Trust, any and alt of <br />the following acts: <br />a. the substitution of trustee(s) serving under a peed of Trust, in accordance with state law and the Desd of <br />'Trust; <br />b. the preparation and execution of such other documents and performance of such other actions as may be <br />necessary under the terms of the Mortgage, Deed of Trust or state law to expeditiously complete said <br />trana~actions in paragraph a abovo. <br />
