~~~~~~~~ *i~: 8.a ~`~ss folls~irq sha:l Yc~nstitute events of dafau t un r~is Sublease: 4a) If tt:e Sublessee shall fail to pay, when due and payable, any installment of rent and such failure shall continue #oz a peziod of thirty (30) consecutive days after written notice *3sezeof has been g_ven to the Sublessee by the Sublessor; {b) if the Sublessee shall fail to perform, observe or caatply with any other of the terms, covenants, conditions or provisions contained in this Sublease or the Lease between the Sublessor and the County of Hall, and any such failure shall continue for a period of sixty (60) days after written notice thereof shall have been given to the Sublessee by the Sublessor; provided, however, that if the Sublessee shall fail to make any reg~air, restoration or replacement, which, if begun and prosecuted with due diligence, cannot be completed within a period of sixty f60) days, then such period shall be increased to sash extent as shall be necessary to enable the company to begin and c~smplete such repair, restoration or replacement through the exercise of due diligence; (c) Zf the Sublessee shall abandon the Project, or any substantial part thereof, or the operations thereon herein contemplated, and such abandonment shall continue for a period of thirty (30) days after-wrtten notice thereof shall have been given ko the Sublessee by the Sublessor; (dD The entry of a decree or order by a court having jurisdiction in the premises for relief in respect of the Sublessee or adjudging the Sublessee a bankrupt or insolvent, or approving as properly filed a petition seeking reorganization, adjustment or compostior. of or in respect of the Sublessee under the Federal Bankruptcy Act or any other applicable federal or state law, or appointing a custodian, receiver, liquidator, assignee, trustee, sequestratvr Eor either similar of€icial) of or for the Sublessee or any substantial part of its property, or ordering ..the winding, up or liquidation of its affairs, and the. .continuance of any such decree qr ori3er uns~ayed' and in effect. liar a period of sixty (60) corisecutiv!e days; (e!
