<br />ARTICLE I <br />~~-'~ ~1J~~35 <br />TERM AND RENT <br />Section 1.1 The Sublessor, by this Sublease Agreement, does <br />hereby s ease and let the above-described Project to the <br />Sublessee for a gariod of fifteen (15) years, commencing an <br />(~~~e~ {s 19$x, at 12:02 a.m, and ending on <br />~]~,,,~ iy , 19~, at 11:59 p.m. <br />Section 1.2 The Sublessee covenants and agrees to pay as <br />annua mi~'nimvm rrent for the premises for the terms stated above <br />the amount set forth in the attached Exhibit "C", which amounts <br />shall be payable in monthly installments. Said monthly rental <br />payments shall be payable on the first day of each month during <br />the term of this Sublease. First rental payment shall be paid on <br />_rflar~' tS 19Q~.
