2A4 gl_, i~t~~0~': limit or restrict any proper definition of such cost under the provisions of the Act, shall include the following: (a) obligations incurred for labor and materials and to contractors, builders and materialmen in connection with the acquisition or construction of the Project, for machinery an8 equipment, for the restoration or relocation of property damaged or destroyed in connection with such acquisition or construction, for the removal or relocation of structures and for the clearing and grading of lands; (b) the cost ~f acquiring such lands, property, rights, rights of way, easements, franchises and other interests as may be deemed necessary or convenient iy the Issuer for providing the Project and its operation, the cost of options and partial payments thereon, the cost of demolishing or removing any buildings or structures on land so acquired, including the cost of acquiring any lands to which such buildings or structures may be moved, and the amount of any damages incident or consequent upon the construction or operation of the Project; (c) the fees and expenses of the Trustee, the Bond Registrar, and of the Paying Agents for their services under this Article, taxes or other municipal or governmental charges lawfully levied or assessed upon the Project or any property acquired therefor, and premiums on insurance (if any) in connection with the Project during construction; (d) the cost of borings and other preliminary investigations to determine foundation or other conditions, expenses necessary or incident to determining the feasibility or practicability of constructing the Project, and fees and expenses of engineers or architects for making studies, surveys and estimates of costs and of revenues and other estimates and for preparing plans and specifications and supervising construction as well as for the performance of all other duties of engineers and set forth herein in relation to the acquisition and construction of the Project and the issuance of Bonds therefor; (e} expenses of administration properly chargeable to the Project, underwriting or fiscal agency fees; legal expenses and fees, expenses of recordation of legal instru- ments, financing charges, cost of audits and of preparing and issuing the Bonds, and ali other items of expense not elsewhere in this Section specified incident to the acquisi- tion, construction and equipping of the Project, the financing thereof, the placing of the same in operation {including the initial premiums on any insurance required or obtained under the provisions of this Indenture), and the acquisition of lands, property, rights, rights of way, easements, franchises and interests in or relating to lands, including abstract of title, title insurance, cost of 39 f t.__
