2A4 <br />gl_, i~t~~0~': <br />limit or restrict any proper definition of such cost under <br />the provisions of the Act, shall include the following: <br />(a) obligations incurred for labor and materials and <br />to contractors, builders and materialmen in connection with <br />the acquisition or construction of the Project, for <br />machinery an8 equipment, for the restoration or relocation <br />of property damaged or destroyed in connection with such <br />acquisition or construction, for the removal or relocation <br />of structures and for the clearing and grading of lands; <br />(b) the cost ~f acquiring such lands, property, <br />rights, rights of way, easements, franchises and other <br />interests as may be deemed necessary or convenient iy the <br />Issuer for providing the Project and its operation, the cost <br />of options and partial payments thereon, the cost of <br />demolishing or removing any buildings or structures on land <br />so acquired, including the cost of acquiring any lands to <br />which such buildings or structures may be moved, and the <br />amount of any damages incident or consequent upon the <br />construction or operation of the Project; <br />(c) the fees and expenses of the Trustee, the Bond <br />Registrar, and of the Paying Agents for their services under <br />this Article, taxes or other municipal or governmental <br />charges lawfully levied or assessed upon the Project or any <br />property acquired therefor, and premiums on insurance (if <br />any) in connection with the Project during construction; <br />(d) the cost of borings and other preliminary <br />investigations to determine foundation or other conditions, <br />expenses necessary or incident to determining the <br />feasibility or practicability of constructing the Project, <br />and fees and expenses of engineers or architects for making <br />studies, surveys and estimates of costs and of revenues and <br />other estimates and for preparing plans and specifications <br />and supervising construction as well as for the performance <br />of all other duties of engineers and set forth herein in <br />relation to the acquisition and construction of the Project <br />and the issuance of Bonds therefor; <br />(e} expenses of administration properly chargeable to <br />the Project, underwriting or fiscal agency fees; legal <br />expenses and fees, expenses of recordation of legal instru- <br />ments, financing charges, cost of audits and of preparing <br />and issuing the Bonds, and ali other items of expense not <br />elsewhere in this Section specified incident to the acquisi- <br />tion, construction and equipping of the Project, the <br />financing thereof, the placing of the same in operation <br />{including the initial premiums on any insurance required or <br />obtained under the provisions of this Indenture), and the <br />acquisition of lands, property, rights, rights of way, <br />easements, franchises and interests in or relating to lands, <br />including abstract of title, title insurance, cost of <br />39 <br />f <br /> <br />t.__ <br />
