Decker after date, for value <br />received, I, we (and each of us) promise to pay to Patrick F. <br />Dowd or Order FOURTEEN THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($14,000.00) DOLLARS <br />with interest from October 12, 1981 at the rate of 15.5% per <br />annum payable monthly. Principal payable and interest payable <br />to Patrick F. Dowd, in the amount of $200.00 per month <br />commencing on November 10, 1981 and on the 10th of each month <br />thereafter; with the total balance of principal and accrued <br />interest due on January 10, 1997, all in accordance with <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by refer- <br />ence. <br />IT IS AGREED that if this note is not paid at maturity <br />the principal and accrued interest thereon shall draw interest <br />at the rate of 16% per annum; And a failure to pay any payment <br />when due shall cause-the whole not to become due and collectible <br />at once, at the option of the holder of the note. The makers <br />and endorsers hereof hereby severally waive presentment for <br />payment, protest, notice of non-payment and of protest, and <br />agree to any extensions of time payment and partial payments <br />.before, at or after maturity.
