Schwarting, husband and wife, <br />are my garents. <br />2. I know of my own personal knowledge "Johanne M. Schwarting," <br />one of the Grantees in the warranty Deed filed of record in the <br />•~Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on <br />January 25, 1957, recorded in Book 120 of Deeds, at gage 89, <br />conveying the following described real estate: <br />Lot Eight (8), in Block Fifteen (15), in Scarff's <br />Addition to Weat Lawn, in the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded, <br />is one and the same person as my mother, Johanna M. Schwarting, <br />despite the discrepancy in the first names of "Johanne" in the <br />Warranty Deed and "Johanna," the real first name of my mother. <br />3. My parents, John E. Schwarting and Johanna M.
