Sub-Contractor agrees to furnish all necessary material, <br />tools and incidentals necessary to perform all work and labor <br />as described in Paragr~~h Ma1~eof, for the construction of: <br />for Aon~ie .2anue _ <br />hereinafter called "Owner" at 2540 N. St_ Patrick Ave_ ~ and Gtan3 <br />_n accordance with-the general <br />conditions and special conditions of the contract between the <br />Owner and Contractor, and in accordance with the plans, drawings <br />and specifications prepared by WHEELER CONSTRUCTION, IN~~ <br />hereinafter called "Architect", <br />all of which general conditions, special conditions, plans, draw- <br />ings and specifications signed by the parties thereto or identified <br />by the Architect, form a past of the contract between the Contractor <br />and the Owner dated May 15 19 81 and hereby are <br />made a part of this contract. <br />2. Sub-Contractor and Contractor agree that the materials <br />tc he furnished and work to be done by the Sub-Contractor are as <br />follows: <br />As per plans and attached proposal <br />3, The Sub-Contractor agrees to commence work promptly after <br />receiving written notification by the Contractor that work has <br />progressed to the point that his portion of work may proceed, and <br />further agrees to complete, in a good and workmanlike manner and <br />to the satisfaction of Contractor and the Architect, the several <br />portions and the whole of the work herein sublet within --- <br />days the-~'ea*ter, except as extended by the Contractor.
