The Homeowners Association for the proposed sub- <br />division will be responsible for the saintenance of all water service <br />lines from the buildings to the public mains. <br />3. Sanitary Sewer. The Subdivider areas to connect: all <br />structures in the subdivision to the City sanitary sewer system-which <br />is available to the subdivision. The Homeowners Association for the <br />proposed subdivision will be responsible for the maintenance of all <br />sanitary sewer service lines frog the buildings to the public mains. <br />4. Drainage. The Subdivider agrees to grade the lots of the <br />subdivision in conjunction with the structures thereon so that the <br />storm water drains to public right-of-way. <br />5. Sidewalks. The undersigned owner, as Subdivider, warrants <br />that it is the owners in fee simple of the land described and proposed <br />to be known as LAFAYET:'E PARk SLBDIVISION, and that an abstract of <br />"itl~ will be submitted for eination, i.f necessary, upon request of <br />the City of Grand Island. <br />~.
