81~-- ~~;;:3~~~~ <br />SU$DZViSIOt: AGREEt~?hfi <br />LAFAYETTE PARK Su'BDiVISIt3N <br />In the City of Grand Zsland, Nebraska <br />The undersigned, Johnson Land Company, a Nebraska corporation, <br />hereinafter called the Subdivider, as owner of a tract of land com- <br />prising all of Lots Six (b) through Fifteen (15), inclusive, Block <br />Three (3), Colonial Estates Second Subdivision in the City of Grand <br />Zsland, Nebraska, said tract containing 3,120 acres, more or less; <br />desires to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract <br />of Land which is located within the corporate limits of the City of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submits to the City Council cf such <br />City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of <br />such proposed subdivision to be known as LAFAYETTE PARK SUBDIVISION, <br />designating explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describ- <br />ing the Lots and easements belonging to such subdivision, with lots <br />designated by numbers and easements by dimensions, and proposes to cause <br />the plat of such subdivision when finally approved by the Regional <br />Planning Commission and the City Council Council to be acknowledged by <br />such owners, certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered land <br />surveyor, and to contain a dedication of the easements to the use and <br />benefit of the public, In c:onsideration o£ the acceptance of the plat <br />of said LAFAYETTE PARK SUBDIVISION, the Subdivider hereby consents and <br />agrees with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that it will install or <br />provide at its expense the following improvements: <br />1. Residential Development. The proposed subdivision constitutes <br />a planned unit development, pursuant to Section 36-27 of the Grand Island <br />City Code. For that reason, the Subdivider agrees that the continuing <br />requires~nts of Section 35-27 of the Grand Island City Code pertaining <br />to residential development under the planned unit development will be <br />co~lied with by the Subdivider. <br />2, Pa-vng. Na streets are located in the subdivision so <br />there is no paving requirement. <br /> <br />
