Decker after date, or value received, I, we {and each of us) promise to pay to Elnora Bremer or Order THIRTY-EIGHT THOUSAND AND NOJ100 ($38,000.00) DOLLARS with interest from October 1, 1981 at the rate of eleven per cent (11!) per annum payable monthly. Principal payable and interest payable at the direction of Randy Bremer, attorney in fact, in the amount of $351.89 per month for 35 months commencing on November 1, 1981 and on the 1st of each month thereafter; with the total balance of principal and accrued interest due on the 36th installment on November 1, 1984. IT IS AGREED that if this note is not paid at maturity the principal and accrued interest thereon shall draw interest at the rate of I6/o per annum; And a failure to pay any of said intezest when due shall cause the whole note to become due and collectible at once, or the interest to be counted as principal, at the option of the holder of the note. The makers and endorsers hereof hereby severally waive gzesentment for payment, protest, notice of non-payment and of protest, and agree to any extensions of time payment and partial payments before, at or after maturity.
