<br />Any outbuilding shah be the same quality and material of canstrvc~-

<br />pools, No building shall be constructed of unsightly materials,

<br />moved into the subdivision and placed upon a residential lot. No
<br />trailer, tent, garage, shack or other unsightly outbuilding shall
<br />be used in the subdivision as a dwelling at any time, nor shall
<br />any structure of a temporary character be used as a residence.

<br />other structure shalt be caamenced, erected or maintained upon
<br />Lots 3 through 24, nor shall any exterior addition to ar change
<br />or alteration therein be made until the plans and specifications
<br />showing the nature, kind, shape, height, materials, exterior
<br />color scheme, and location of the same shall have been submitted
<br />to and approved in writing as to harmony of e][ternal design and
<br />location in relation to surrounding Structures and topography by
<br />the Board of Directors of, Eagle Lake Association, or by an archi-
<br />tectural committee composed of three (3) or more representatives
<br />appointed by the Board. In the event the Board, or its designated
<br />camraittee, fails to approve or disapprove such design and location
<br />within thirty (30) days a€ter said plans and specifications have
<br />been submitted to .it, approval will not be requited and this
<br />Paragraph will be deemed to have been fully complied with.
<br />Approval by the Board of Directors ar committee shall not relieve
<br />the constructor from attaining a building permit froth the proper
<br />building department.~of Hall county or the City of Grand Island.
<br />4. Pets. No barns, chicken houses, house trailers, ccuemer-
<br />cie~l work ar sates shops, ar other buildings for the care and
<br />housing of fowl, rabbits or livestcck shall be placed, maintained

<br />than household pets be kept upon any lot and household pets shall
<br />not be kept, bred or maintained for any commercial purpose.
