Anderson, husband and wife; and Ray Magwire <br />and Margaret Magwire, husband and wife; for themselves, their <br />successors, grantees and assigns, AND <br />KNOW ALL MEN SY THESE PRESENTS; <br />Z. <br />DECLARATION OF PURPOSE <br />The purpose of this Agreement is to declare the desire of <br />the parties of this Agreement to improve "Eagle Lake Estates <br />Subdivision" by encouraging the sale of lots and the construction <br />of modern and desirable dwelling houses. <br />II. <br />DESCRIPTION OF LAND <br />The lands o+rned by the parties to this Agreement which are <br />hereby submitted to this Agreement are a fee simple interest in <br />*Eagle Lake Estates Subdivision" a part of the Northwest Quarter <br />of the Southeast Quarter (NW~CSE$) of Section Thirteen (13 ), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine {4) West of the 6th Q.M.; <br />and a replat of Lot Ten (1U), Eagle Subdivision; and Lots Thirty <br />(3U) and ThirtydFour !3d), Hidden Lakes Subdivision No. 2, all as <br />surveyed and platted and as is more particularly described as <br />retarded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hali County, <br />Nebraska. <br />III. <br />CUVSNANTS RESTRICTIONS AND CONDYTIUNS <br />In eonsideratian of the mutual benefits to be derived by the <br />or~rA of "Foyle Lake Estates Subdivision" and any purchaser or <br />lsufehasera, their hairs, devisees, p*irsonal gepresentatives and <br />,ss=...~ <br />assigns: th= ---;~_rs stip=ulate and ~~zee tnat any and all bits zn <br />•E~l~s Lake Estates SubdlY181an". except fOT Lats Onn (1).
