<br />Grantors, in consideration of One Dollar ($ L OO} receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a
<br />permanent and perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, construct, inspect,
<br />maintain, repair, replace, extend, remove and operate thereon, underground
<br />electric utility lines, cables, terminals, transformers, surface markers, and
<br />ether appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, across, under-
<br />neath and through three (3) tracts of land located in part of I.ot Two (2} of
<br />Lassonde Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as
<br />follows:

<br />An eight (&) foot wide tract of land, with the Easterly line
<br />described as: Beginning on the North line of said Lot 'Itao, thirty
<br />five (35) feet West of the Northeast corner; thence Southerly
<br />parallel to the East line of said Lot Two (2), a distance of two
<br />hundred sixty six and three tenths (266.3) feet; thence along
<br />a curve to the left that has a radius of fifty (50) feet to a
<br />point on the east line of said Lot Two (2), being one hundred five
<br />(105) feet North of the Southeast corner of said Lot Two (2).

<br />A ten (10) foot wide trnet of land, with the centerline described
<br />as: Beginning on the West line of said Lot Two (2), forty (40)
<br />feet North of the South~~s?st corner; thence Northeasterly to a
<br />point on the East line of said Lot Two (2), being one hundred
<br />fifty five (155) feet North of the Southeast earner, exec t the
<br />cariheasterly fifty (3v} feet there:.f.

<br />The Southerly forty (40) feet of the Westerly eight (8) feet of
<br />said Lot Two (2)•
<br />Said tracts combined containing 0.11 acres more or less as shown
<br />on the plat dated 9/8/gl, marked Exhibit "A", attached hereto,
<br />and incorporated herein by reference,
<br />together with the following rights:
<br />Unrestricted ingress and egress Co the above-described tract of land for
<br />installation, maintenance, operation, and removal of such utilities and

<br />Such rights of ingress and egress shall include all rights necessary for
<br />the €ull and complete use, occupation, and enjoyment of the easement herein
