BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF CAIRO, NEBRASKA: Section 1. That pursuant to petitions of property owners there be and hereby are created in the Village of Cairo, Nebraska, street improvement districts to be known and designated as Street Improvement Districts Nos. 81-14 to 81-12 inclusive of the Village of Cairo, Nebraska. Section 2. That the outer boundaries of Street Improvement District No. 81°10 include, in addition to the streets to be improved, all of the property directly abutting upon the streets to be improved. Within which district the following streets shall be improved by paving with curb, gutter and necessary appurtenances: Nile Street from High Street to Said Street; Berber Street from Medina Street to Mecca Street; and Mecca Street from Berber Street to Said Street. Section 3. That the outer boundaries of Street Improvement District No. 81-11 include, in addition to the street to be improved, all of the property direetly abutting upon the street to be improved. Within which district the following street shall be improved by paving With curb; gutter and necessary appurtenances: :dile Street from -ih Street to Alexandria Street. Section v.
