<br />SECOND REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE <br />This mortgage is entered into between Lincoln Canteen, Inc., a <br />Nebraska corporation, Mortgagor, and Melvin C. Arnold, Clifford A. <br />Arnold and Gordan D. Synhorst, Mortgagees. <br />Mortgagor is presently indebted to Mortgagees in the principal <br />sum of Three Hundred Eleven Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-seven <br />Dollars and Seventy Cents (5311,387.70) under a Stock Purchase <br />Agreement executed by said Lincoln Canteen, Inc., as Purchaser and <br />Mortgagees as Shareholders on February 12, 1981, together with sub- <br />sequent addendums thereto providing for pay*Rent of principal and <br />interest at the rate of lI 1j28 per annum ir. consecutive monthly <br />installments of Four Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Dollars and <br />Eighteen Cents ($4,480.18) until all payments are made in full as <br />more specifically provided in the said Stock Purchase Agreement. <br />Mortgagor is further indebted to Portgagees in the principal sum <br />of One Hundred Thousand Dollars (5106,000.00) evidenced by <br />Mortgagor's obligation under a Noncompetition Agreement of same <br />date providing for one hundred nineteer.
