81--~i~U364`~ <br />9. MECHANIC'S LIENS OR OTHER ENCUMBRANCES. Bu~•ers shall not <br />cause or permit the above described real estate to be encumbered <br />by any Mechanic's liens or other encumbrances during the term of <br />this Agreement without written consent of Sellers. <br />10. DEFAULT PROVISIONS. It is further understood that all <br />terms and conditions and all payments as herein provided for and <br />the time of payment are of the essence of this agreement, and <br />if Buyers shall be in default of any payments as herein provided <br />for, or interest thereon, for a period of 90 days from the time <br />the same matures, then Sellers may elect that all unpaid principal <br />and interest shall be due and payable at once and Sellers may <br />proceed ias a Court of Equity to foreclose said contract. <br />THIS AGREEMENT shall be binding upon the heirs, personal <br />representatives, successors-and assigns of all parties hereto. <br />II+T WITNESS WHEREOF, we have signed our names this '1~ day <br />of April, 1981. <br />„~_~. <br />r E.
