gl_.__i~ti345~' SUBDIVISTOAt, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with the Gity of Grand Island, Nebraska, that they will install or provide at their expense the- following improvements: 1. Paving. Subdividers waive the right to object to any paving or repaving districts of Adams Street or Stolley Park Road where they abut the proposed subdivision. 2. Water. The Subdividers agree to construct water mains in the Subdivision to sen=e all df the subdivision in accordance with the plans approved by the City's Director of Public Works and subject to the City`s inspection, and agree to connect all structures in the subdivision to such water mains. 3. Sanitary Sewer. The Subdividers agree to construct sanitary sewer mains in the Subdivision to serve all lots in the subdivision in accordance with the plans approved by the City's D_ -ector of Public Works and subject to the City's inspection, and agree to connect all structures in the subdivision to such sanitary sewer- mains. 4. Residential Development. The proposed subdivision con- stitutes a planned unit development, pursuant to Section 3b-27 of the Grand Island City Code. For that reason, the Subdividers-agree that the continuing requirements of Section 3b-27 of the Grand Island City Code pertaining to residential development under the planned unit development will be complied with by the Subdividers. 5. Drainage. The Subdividers agree to grade the subdivision s4 that all storm water drains to the existing storm drainage system located in Stoney Park Road by a method approved by the City's Directvz of Public Works. b.
