<br />gl_.__i~ti345~' <br />SUBDIVISTOAt, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with the <br />Gity of Grand Island, Nebraska, that they will install or provide <br />at their expense the- following improvements: <br />1. Paving. Subdividers waive the right to object to any <br />paving or repaving districts of Adams Street or Stolley Park Road <br />where they abut the proposed subdivision. <br />2. Water. The Subdividers agree to construct water mains in <br />the Subdivision to sen=e all df the subdivision in accordance with <br />the plans approved by the City's Director of Public Works and subject <br />to the City`s inspection, and agree to connect all structures in the <br />subdivision to such water mains. <br />3. Sanitary Sewer. The Subdividers agree to construct sanitary <br />sewer mains in the Subdivision to serve all lots in the subdivision <br />in accordance with the plans approved by the City's D_ -ector of Public <br />Works and subject to the City's inspection, and agree to connect all <br />structures in the subdivision to such sanitary sewer- mains. <br />4. Residential Development. The proposed subdivision con- <br />stitutes a planned unit development, pursuant to Section 3b-27 of <br />the Grand Island City Code. For that reason, the Subdividers-agree <br />that the continuing requirements of Section 3b-27 of the Grand Island <br />City Code pertaining to residential development under the planned unit <br />development will be complied with by the Subdividers. <br />5. Drainage. The Subdividers agree to grade the subdivision <br />s4 that all storm water drains to the existing storm drainage system <br />located in Stoney Park Road by a method approved by the City's <br />Directvz of Public Works. <br />b. Plaod Haaard. All residential structures shall have the <br />lowest floor, including basements, at a minim~.un of one foot above <br />the elevation of the- 144-year flood plain, or-flood-proofed`to such <br />eievati.on, the method of flood.-proofing sha'1 be certified by a <br />p~ofeaaional registered eng~.neer ar architect and approved by the <br />building deparCm;ent of the City of Grand Zsland. <br />1 <br />- ~ - <br />
