<br />SUBDIVISION AGCtr:EMENT ~ 1 _ 11(I e3 ~ t~3~3 <br />SILVERWOOD SUBDIVISION <br />In the City of Grand Island, Nebraska <br />The undersigned, Plains Development Co., a limited partnership <br />comprised of Plains Contracting Company, a partner; Bernard E. <br />Horst, a partner; and Larry Boesen, Partner, as Owner; and Commercial <br />• Nati-onal Bank and Trust Company, Mortgagee, hereinafter called the <br />Subdividers, as owners of a tract of land comprising Lot Two (2), <br />Jack Bailey Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Islan , <br />more particularly described as follows: <br />Begginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot Two <br />(2), Jack Bailey Subdivision; thence S 890 52' Q8" W <br />for I60 feet along the North right-of-way line of <br />Stolley Park Road to the Southeast corner of Lot One <br />(1) of said Sack Bailey Subdivision; thence N QO° 46' <br />08" W for 19$.11 feet along the East line of said <br />Lot One (1) to the Northeast corner of said Lot One (1); <br />thence N 890 58` 06" W for 177 feet along the North line <br />of said Lot One (1) to the East right-of-way line of <br />Adams Street; thence N 00 37' 00" W for 213.60 feet <br />along the said East right-of-way line to the Northwest <br />cart.°° of said Lot Two (2}; thence East for 337.18 feet <br />along the North line to the Northeast corner of said <br />Lot Two (2); thence S 00° 38' 21" E for 411.45 feet along <br />the East line of said Lot Two (2) to the point of <br />beginning, and containing 2.38 acres, anare or less (the <br />North line of said I.ot Two (2} of Jack Bailey Subdivision <br />assumed East/West in direction; <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract <br />of land which is located within the corporate Limits of the City of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City Council of such <br />City-for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of <br />such proposed subdivision to be known as SILVERWQOD SUBDIVISION, <br />des~.gnating explicitly the land to be laid out as a planned unit <br />development, and particularly describing the lots and easements <br />belonging to such subdivision, with lots designated by number, and <br />easements by dimensions, and propose to cause the plat of such sub- <br />division when finally approved by the Regional Planning Commission <br />arty the City Council to be acknowledged by such owners, certified <br />Co accuracy of survey by a registered land surveyor, and to contain <br />a dedicatign of the easements to the use and benefit of public utilities. <br />Ixa consideration of the acceptance of the plat of said SILYERWOOD <br />~.=. <br />
