' showing her to be the owner of a goad and sufficient marketable <br />title to the above property, free and clear of liens. Seller <br />agrees to convey the above property by Y7arranty Deed and to pay <br />for the expense of documentary stamps and the Seller will pay <br />>~ for the extension of an Abstract of Title, extended to date, <br />showing marketable title, and in the event that title examina- <br />tion reveals any valid title objections, the Seller shall have <br />a reasonable time to correct such defects and in the event the <br />same cannot be corrected, all payments made hereunder shall be <br />refunded to the Buyers. Buyers further agree to keep the property sold <br />hereunder free and c2 ear of liens, taxes and encumbrances and <br />will pat do or permit anything to be done that might impair <br />Seller's security. <br />7. Default and Remedies.
