81--t}t~331~ 1. Streets, The Subdividers agree to waive the right to object eb any pawing or repao~ing of Claude Road adjacent to the proposed subdivision. 2. Water, Public water service is not available to the subdivision; therefore, the Subdividers may provide private wells for each structure located within said subdivision. The Subdividers agree not to protest the creation of any water districts within said subdivision, and further agree to connect any and all structures to any water main abutting the-lot upon which said structure is located within three constxuction seasons after completion of said water main. 3. Sanitary Sesser. Sanitary sewer service is available to cell lots within said subdivision from the main located in Claude Raced. The Subdivider agrees to connect all structures within said subdivision to said sanitary sewer service prier to issuance of any occupancy permits and subject [o any and ail connection fees for said service. 4. Uraina~.
