Flate, <br />husband and wife; and Richard L. Geist and Barbara D. Geist, husband <br />and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners Of a tract <br />comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter <br />(NE~~) of Section Twenty-four (24}, Township Eleven (11} North, <br />Range Ten (14} West of the bth P.F., in Hali Gounty, Nebraska, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northeast career of Lot Twenty-six <br />{26}, Westgate Subdivision, also being a point on <br />the West line of Claude Road; thence westerly along <br />the :forth Line of said Lot Twenty-six (26) a distance <br />of three hundred (340} feet to the "+arthwest corner of <br />said Lot Twenty-six (2b}; thence northerly parallel to <br />the West line of said Claude Road a distance of three <br />hundred (34~) feet; thence easterl_r parallel to the <br />North line of said Lot Twenty-six (2b} a distance of <br />three hundred (344} feet to the West line of said Claude <br />Road; thence southerly along the West line of said Claude <br />Road a distance of three hundred (3i,4) feet to the place <br />of begirming, and containing 2.4bb acres, more or less; <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract <br />of land outside the corporate limits but within two miles of the City <br />of Grand Island, and hereby submit to the City Council of such City <br />for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such <br />proposed subdivision to be known as WESTC,ATE THIRD SUBDIVISION, desig- <br />nating explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing <br />the late and easements belonging to such subdivision, with lots desig- <br />nated by numbers and easements by dimensions, and propose to cause the <br />plat of Such subdivision :~~en finally approved by the Regional Planning <br />Camaiission and the City Council to be acknowledged by such owners, <br />certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered land surveyor, and <br />to contain a dedicatiazx of the easements to the use and benefits of <br />public service. utilities.
