City water service is available to the lots within <br />the. proposed subdivision from the water main located in Fifth Street. <br />'I`he Subdivider agrees to connect ail structures within said sub- <br />diviaion tip city water service prior to the issuance of any occupancy <br />permits. Subdivider furthermore agrees to pay any and all connection <br />charges as~saciated with the connection to said city water main. <br />3. Sanitary Sewer. Sanitary sewer service is available to <br />a.ll lots within said subdivision from mains located in Fifth Street <br />and along the easterly line of the proposed subdivision. The Subdivider <br />agrees to connect all structures within said subdivision to said sani- <br />tary sewer service prior to issuance of any occupancy permits and <br />subject to any and all connection fees far said service. <br />4. ,'~z°ainage. The Subdivider agrees to grade ail lots in the <br />subdivision in conjunction °«ith the structures thereon in such a manner <br />as to ecmduet storm water flcsw tc the public right-af-way. <br />g. Warrant.
