'I`he Subdivider agrees to connect ail structures within said sub- diviaion tip city water service prior to the issuance of any occupancy permits. Subdivider furthermore agrees to pay any and all connection charges as~saciated with the connection to said city water main. 3. Sanitary Sewer. Sanitary sewer service is available to a.ll lots within said subdivision from mains located in Fifth Street and along the easterly line of the proposed subdivision. The Subdivider agrees to connect all structures within said subdivision to said sani- tary sewer service prior to issuance of any occupancy permits and subject to any and all connection fees far said service. 4. ,'~z°ainage.
