Sl- uU28~10 <br />CONTRACT FOR SALE OF REAL ESTATE <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into on April 3, 1981 <br />between EFFIE RAPP, a single person, Seller, and GEOFFREY E. ARMES <br />and LINDA J. ARMES, husband and wife, as joint tenants, of rural <br />Route 1, Doniphan, Nebraska, Buyer. <br />The parties agree as follows: <br />The Seller is the owner of the following described <br />A tract of ground in the SW'#SWaSW'~ of Section <br />15, Township 9N, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M. <br />in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at the SW corner of said section; <br />then east along the south section line a dis- <br />tance of 310`; then north a distance of 180'; <br />then west a distance of 310' to the west <br />section line; then south a distance of 180' <br />to the point of beginning, containing 1.3 <br />acres, more or less, subject to public roads <br />on the west and on the south. <br />1. Seller has, this date, sold to Buyer the above <br />described property for a total price of $12,000.00, payable <br />$1,000.00 down, receipt for which is hereby acknowledged, and the <br />remaining ~1i,000.00 payable in semi-annual payments due on each <br />December 1, then June 1, beginning on December 1, 1981. The semi- <br />annual payments shall include $300.00 principal payments, plus <br />accrued interest on the unpaid balance at the rate of 9$ per annum <br />The interest shall be paid on the same dates as above set forth. <br />Final payment shall be due on or before June 1, 1986. Buyer may <br />pay additional amounts on principal on any payment date, and the <br />interest will be stopped accordingly. <br />2. Buyer shall be given possession of property on <br />May 1, 1981, and interest shall commence on that .date. <br />4.
