Sl- uU28~10 CONTRACT FOR SALE OF REAL ESTATE THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into on April 3, 1981 between EFFIE RAPP, a single person, Seller, and GEOFFREY E. ARMES and LINDA J. ARMES, husband and wife, as joint tenants, of rural Route 1, Doniphan, Nebraska, Buyer. The parties agree as follows: The Seller is the owner of the following described A tract of ground in the SW'#SWaSW'~ of Section 15, Township 9N, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the SW corner of said section; then east along the south section line a dis- tance of 310`; then north a distance of 180'; then west a distance of 310' to the west section line; then south a distance of 180' to the point of beginning, containing 1.3 acres, more or less, subject to public roads on the west and on the south. 1. Seller has, this date, sold to Buyer the above described property for a total price of $12,000.00, payable $1,000.00 down, receipt for which is hereby acknowledged, and the remaining ~1i,000.00 payable in semi-annual payments due on each December 1, then June 1, beginning on December 1, 1981. The semi- annual payments shall include $300.00 principal payments, plus accrued interest on the unpaid balance at the rate of 9$ per annum The interest shall be paid on the same dates as above set forth. Final payment shall be due on or before June 1, 1986. Buyer may pay additional amounts on principal on any payment date, and the interest will be stopped accordingly. 2.
