8I-Ot~285e <br />11. This Lease Agreement is contingent upon the Lessees purchasing the <br />business known as the Stinker Bar from Rosalie F. Frederick and the Lessees <br />obtaini~ a Nebraska Class C. Liquor License in their name. Should-the <br />Lessees fail to purchase the Blinker Bar from Rosalie F. Frederick' or obtain <br />a Class C Liquor License, this Lease Agreement shall bacons null-and void and <br />the original Lease entered into between Lessor and Rosalie F.
