Further, the parties agree that the notice to Le~•sor may be in the form as follows: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the right granted to us to purchase the following described real estate as set forth ,in sir Lease dated (insert date of lease), we do Hereby exercise-the option to purchase the following described real estate, to-kit: The west one hundred (100) feet of Lot numbered six (6) and the north two (2) feet of the west one hundred (100) feet of.Lot numbered five (5) in block numbered six (6) of the original town of Cairo, as shown by the recorded plat thereof, in Hail County, Nebraska, subject to the reservation contained in the wa rranty deed conveying the above described premises recorded in book 49, at page 261 of the deed records of Hall County, Nebraska, and also the party wall agreement made between Henry A. Stange and Dorothy M. Stange and Alfred Baasch relating to the north wall of the building. Subject also to the lease given to Steve Kwiatkowski dated March 1st, 1949, located at Cairo, Nebraska for Twenty Thousand and No/100--Dollars ($20,000.00). As required by the Lease, we are enclosing herewith One Thousand and No/100--Dollars ($1,000.00) as dawn payment.
