Further, the parties agree that the notice to Le~•sor may be in the <br />form as follows: <br />Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the right granted to us to <br />purchase the following described real estate as set forth ,in sir <br />Lease dated (insert date of lease), we do Hereby exercise-the <br />option to purchase the following described real estate, to-kit: <br />The west one hundred (100) feet of Lot numbered six (6) and the <br />north two (2) feet of the west one hundred (100) feet of.Lot <br />numbered five (5) in block numbered six (6) of the original town of <br />Cairo, as shown by the recorded plat thereof, in Hail County, <br />Nebraska, subject to the reservation contained in the wa rranty deed <br />conveying the above described premises recorded in book 49, at page <br />261 of the deed records of Hall County, Nebraska, and also the <br />party wall agreement made between Henry A. Stange and Dorothy M. <br />Stange and Alfred Baasch relating to the north wall of the <br />building. Subject also to the lease given to Steve Kwiatkowski <br />dated March 1st, 1949, <br />located at Cairo, Nebraska for Twenty Thousand and No/100--Dollars <br />($20,000.00). Said Abstract of Title shall be immediately extended and delivered <br />to Buyer (lessee}, or Buyer's attorney, for examination by Buyer's attorney. <br />Lessee (Buyer} shall have a reasonable time, not to exceed thirty (30) days, <br />after delivery of the Abstract in which to examine the same and notify Seller <br />(Lessor} of any defects, and Seiler shall have a reasonable time after notice <br />of defects to correct any defects of title. Seller (lessor) will provide at <br />the ti®e of the consummation of sale a Warranty Deed to the premises <br />purchased, free and clear of all liens and mortgages_ <br />9. Lessor agrees that this option to purchase is binding upon the <br />heirs, assigns, devisees and personal representatives} of Lessor. <br />10.
