This license shall take effect immediately upon the date of the Last party executing this agreement, and shall continue for an indefinite term; provided that the Licensee may terminate this agreement at any time by diving the City sixty days written notice. This agreement shall also terminate should the Licensee apply far any permit for repairs or reconstruction of the aforesaid building and foundation encroachment in the easement area. Upon termination of this agreement, the Licensee shall be required and hereby agrees to remove the portion of the improvements occupying the easement area at his expense and without cost ~o the City prior to the expiration period of this agreement. 5.
