Abatement and En~oinin of Violations. <br />The violations of any rule or~regulation adopted by the Board of Administrators <br />or the breach of any of these By-Laws contained herein, or the breach of any <br />provisions of the Master Deed, shall. give the Board afli ~m9nistrators the right, <br />in addition to any other rights set forth in these By- <br />(a) To enter into the suite or garage in which, or as to which, <br />such violation or breach exists and to summarily abate and remove, <br />at the expense of the defaulting suite or garage owner, any <br />structure, thing or condition that may exist therein contrary <br />to the intent and meaning of the provisions hereof, and the <br />Board of Admini.stzatocs shall not thereby be deemded guilty in <br />any manner of trespass. <br />(b) To enjoin, abate or remedy by appropriate legal proceedings, <br />either at Iaw or in equity, the continuance of any such breach. <br />{c) To deny partially or wholly access to, benefit from, or use <br />of all or any facilities, functions, or services, or suspend, <br />partly or wholly of all or any rights or privileges or member- <br />,; a'Y a~ri~n directed by the Board <br />Ship or cry other ui~.:ip~~an -- <br />of Administrators. <br />ARTICLE IX. MORfiGAGES. <br />Section 1. Notice of Default• <br />The Board of Administrators, when giv-ng notice to a suite oc garage owner <br />of a default in Baying assessments or other default, shall serxl a copy of such <br />notice to each holder of a mortgage covering such suite or garage whose name <br />and address ilas theretofore bean €urnished to thF Board of Admini=trators. <br />Section 3. Examination of Books. <br />Bach suite or garage owner and each mortgagee of a suite or garage shall be <br />permitted to examine the books of account of the Association at reasonable time, <br />on business days, but not more than once every three {3) months without just cause. <br />-13- <br />
