Fidelity Bonds <br />The Board of Administrators shall obtain adequate fidelity bonds for all officers <br />and employees of the Association handling or responsible for Association funds. The <br />premiums on such bonds shall constitute a common expense. <br />Section 12. Compensation. <br />Na member of the Board of Administrators shall receive any compensation €rom <br />the Association for acting as such, except that members shall receive reimbursement <br />for exgenses actually incurred by them as Administrators. <br />Section 13. Liability of Administrators. <br />The member of the Board of Administratars shall not be liable to the suite oz <br />garage owners for any mistake of iudgement, neglicence, ar otherwise, except for <br />their awn individual willful misconduct or bad faith. It is intended that the <br />members of the Board of Administrators shall have no personal liability with <br />respect to any contract made by them on behalf of the Association. Every agreement <br />made try the Berard of Administrators or by the managing agent or by the manager on <br />behalf of the Association shall provide that the members of the Boazd of Administra- <br />tars or the managing agnet, or the manager, as the case may be, are acting only <br />as agents for the Association and shall have na personal liability thereunder. <br />Section i4. Expansion of Jurisdiction. <br />In its discretion the Board of Administrators shall have the authority to <br />expand the, jurisdiction of this Association to include any condominium property <br />regime in Continental Gardens and addition to the City of Grand Island. Upor. <br />such expansion the Following shall apply: <br />,a} The Association's costs of repairs and maintenance and till <br />tither expenses shall be allocated to the particular Condominium <br />Prope-ty Regime requiring err benefiting from the same. If mote <br />than one benefits, then the expense shall be pro-rated between the <br />benefiti;ry Condo°iinium P.egi:ws ... proportion the by„efits of each <br />as reasonably determined by the Board of Administrators. The expenses <br />allo.-.ated to a par*_icular property regime shall be paid as allocated <br />according to the Master Deed for that Regime. <br />(b) mhe number of vor_es far ±he expanded Association shall be the <br />aggregate r.unrber of votes in each separate regime making up the <br />Association and at meetings of the expanded Association the rules <br />_-- a quorum, far de*_ermining whether ar. action shall be taken, for <br />election of the members of the Board of Rdministrators and ail other <br />purposes shall be as is provided ir. these By-Laws, construed on the <br />(c! :ihen only one regime is affected by a decision of the expanded Association <br />then the Board of Directors may, but shall not necessarily be required <br />to, seek the approval of only *_he owners in the affected regime. <br />ARTICLE ZV. OFFICERS. <br />Section 1~ Designation. <br />The officers of the Assaciatian shall consist of a President, Vice President, <br />Secretary and Treasurer and such additional officers as the Administrators shall Pram <br />time to time deem necessary. Any person may hold two or more offices, but iro one <br />person shall bald the officers of President and Secretary simultaneously. Members <br />of the Board of Administrators may also be officers.
