Removal of Administra*_ors. <br />At any regular or special meeting of Association, any one or more of the <br />members of the Board of Administrators may be removed with or without cause by <br />a vote of the owners of a majority of the basic value of the Condominium Property <br />Regime, using the percentages set forth in the Paragraph VI of the Master Geed, and <br />a successor may then and there or thereafter be elected to fill the vacancy thus <br />created. Any members of the Board of Administrators whose removal has been proposed <br />by the Association owners shall be given an opportunity to be heard at the meeting. <br />Section 6. Vacanciesq <br />Vacancies in the Board of Administrators caused by any reason other than the <br />removal of a member thereof by a vote of the Association shall be filled by vote of <br />a majority of the remaining Administrators at a special meeting of the Board of <br />Administrators held for that purpose promptly after the occurrence of any such <br />vacancy, even though the members present at such meeting may constitute less than <br />a quorum, and each person so elected shall be a member of the Board of Administrators <br />for the remainder of the *_erm of the member so removed and until a successor shall be <br />elected at the next meeting of the Association. <br />Section 7. Annual Board Meeting. <br />The annual meetinn of the members of the Board of Administrators shall be Held <br />immediately following the annual meeting of the Association, at such *_ime and place <br />as shall be Eixed by the Association. at the :,,eetiny at which such Board of <br />Administrators shall have been elected, and no notice shall be necessary to the <br />newly elected members of the Board of Administra*_ors in order legally to constitute <br />such meeting, providing a majority of the whole Board of Administrators shall <br />be present thereat. <br />Section 8. If~a11 the members of the Board of Administra- <br />tors are present at any meeting of the Board, no notice shall be reyuired and any <br />business may be transacted at such meeting. <br />Section 10. Quorum. <br />Pt all meetings of the Board of Administrators, a majority of the members <br />thereof shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business, and "the votes <br />of a majority of the members of the Board of Administrators present at a meeting <br />at which a quorum is present shall constitute the decision of the Board of <br />Administrators. If at any meeting of the Board of Administrators there shall be <br />less than a quorum present, a majority cf those present may adjourn the meetiny <br />from time to time. At any such adjournment at which a quorum is present, any bus- <br />iness which might have been transacted at the meeting originally called, may be <br />transacted without furthernatice. <br />-5- <br />
