^"~# ..~- $~._. 401874 1. Streets. The Subdivider agrees to waive the right to object to any repaving or paving districts of Eddy Street or Locust Street where they abut the Subdivision. 2. Water. City water service is available to the groposed subdivision, and the Subdivider agrees to connect all structures in the subdivision to said City water service before applying for occupancy permits. 3, Sanitary Sewer. Sanitary sewer service mains are available to the proposed subdivision, and the Subdivider agrees to connect all structures in the subdivision to said City sanitary sewer service before applying for occupancy permits. 4. Drainage. The Subdivider agrees to grade the lots of the subdivision in conjunction with the structures thereon sa that the storm water drains to public right-o€-way. S. Flood Hazard. Since alI lots in the proposed subdivision are in the flood plain, ak1 structures constructed on those lots shall have the lowest floor, including basements, at a minimum of one foot above Cho elevation of the lOG-year flood plain, or fled-proofed to such elevation, the method of flood proofing shall be certified by a professional registered engineer or arehitect and approved by the building department of the City of Grand Island. 6. Sidewalks. The Subdivider, if still the owner of the land in the proposed subdivision, or if the Subdivider shall have trans- ferred title to the property, then tfie various grantees thereof, will install, at their expense, ail public sidewalks required by the Grand Island City Code when each lot is built upon, and sidewalks sha12 be regulated and required with the building permit for each such lot. 7. Warranty. The undersigned owner, as Subdivider, warrants that she is the owner in fee simple of the land described and proposed ~o bei ~Cnown as C. W. C.
