8~- t1~i l4.lw DUTIES OF LESSORS Lessors shall provide for the use of the Lessee the following: (1) Three electric wells with pump and power unit. (2) One well with pump but no power unit. (3) One reuse pump with no power unit. (4) Irrigation pipe sufficient for the irrigation of the crop grounds herein described. (5) In those areas of the farm where it. is neces- sary to apply chemicals for the control of shatter cane, Lessors agree to pay one-half of the cost of said chemicals. DUTIES OF LESSEE (1) Lessee shall within thirty (s0) days of the com- mencement of this lease pay all outstanding ferti- lizer bills now on account with Agservice Inc., Grand Island, Nebraska, resulting from the ap- plication of fertilizer to the crop grounds de- scribed in this lease and applied in the fall of l~so. (2} Lessee shall pay all costs associated with the pro- duction of crops on said farm including the electri- city cost resulting from the operation of the electric wells on the premises. (3) Lessee shall lubricate all pumps on a regular basis, and shall be responsible for any damage caused by lack of lubrication. (d) Lessee shall repair or replace any irrigation pipe damaged by the Lessee in the use thereof, except such damage as may be caused by usual, reasonable and ordinary wear and tear. (5) Lessee shall be agressive in the control of all noxious weeds. (6) Lessee shall keep the premises in good condition, and shall not permit m~aste or damage to the premises, and shall take all reasonable steps to prevent others from damaging said premises. USE 01= LEASE PREMISES Lessee shall occupy and use the lease premises solely and-only for the purpose of raising and producing grain crops. Lessee shall not use the lease premises for any other purpose unless consent in writing for a different use of the lease premises has been obtained from Lessor. _ ,_
