8~- t1~i l4.lw <br />DUTIES OF LESSORS <br />Lessors shall provide for the use of the Lessee the following: <br />(1) Three electric wells with pump and power unit. <br />(2) One well with pump but no power unit. <br />(3) One reuse pump with no power unit. <br />(4) Irrigation pipe sufficient for the irrigation <br />of the crop grounds herein described. <br />(5) In those areas of the farm where it. is neces- <br />sary to apply chemicals for the control of <br />shatter cane, Lessors agree to pay one-half <br />of the cost of said chemicals. <br />DUTIES OF LESSEE <br />(1) Lessee shall within thirty (s0) days of the com- <br />mencement of this lease pay all outstanding ferti- <br />lizer bills now on account with Agservice Inc., <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, resulting from the ap- <br />plication of fertilizer to the crop grounds de- <br />scribed in this lease and applied in the fall of <br />l~so. <br />(2} Lessee shall pay all costs associated with the pro- <br />duction of crops on said farm including the electri- <br />city cost resulting from the operation of the electric <br />wells on the premises. <br />(3) Lessee shall lubricate all pumps on a regular basis, <br />and shall be responsible for any damage caused by <br />lack of lubrication. <br />(d) Lessee shall repair or replace any irrigation pipe <br />damaged by the Lessee in the use thereof, except <br />such damage as may be caused by usual, reasonable <br />and ordinary wear and tear. <br />(5) Lessee shall be agressive in the control of all <br />noxious weeds. <br />(6) Lessee shall keep the premises in good condition, <br />and shall not permit m~aste or damage to the premises, <br />and shall take all reasonable steps to prevent <br />others from damaging said premises. <br />USE 01= LEASE PREMISES <br />Lessee shall occupy and use the lease premises solely and-only for <br />the purpose of raising and producing grain crops. Lessee shall not use <br />the lease premises for any other purpose unless consent in writing for <br />a different use of the lease premises has been obtained from Lessor. <br />_ ,_ <br />
