82-~)f;1~ ~ w FARM LEASE This Lease is entered into this ,I~ day of March, 1981, between Delbert Stueven and Julie Stueven, hereinafter referred to as Lessors, and Dennis Kenyon, Route 1, Box 76, Alda, Nebraska, hereinafter referred. to as Lessee. PROPERTY RIGHTS The Lessor hereby leases to the Lessee to occupy and use for agricultural purposes the following described property to-wit: (1) The Southwest tluarter (SW',) of Section Twenty-eight (28), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (lU) iVest, containing One Hundred fifty-two (151 acres more or less, and (?} The Nest half of the Southwest quarter (iV~SW',) of Section twenty-seven (27), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10} west, containing seventy-seven (7') acres more or less. The period of this lease shall commence the %~ day of March, 1981, and terminate January 1, 158' without further notice to the parties, and upon the termination of this lease the Lesser shall promptly give up possession of said property. RENT The rent paid to Lessors shall be 16,030 bushels of No. ' corn. The 15,030 bushels of No. ' corn :hall be delivered and placed in storage by the Lessee in Lessors bins an the above described farm. Lessee shall deliver said 15,030 bushels of corn from the storage bins of the Lessors to either Grand Island or iVood Kiver at Lessors sub- sequent request, and at no cost to the Lessors. Corn stalks may be used by the Lessee for livestock pasture at na cost, but all livestock must be removed by January 1, 1982. No stalks shall be removed from the land by any means.
