~~--~gt, z~l~ <br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />PEPPER SQUARE SUBDIVISION <br />In the City of Grand Island, Nebraska <br />The undersigned, BOB STAHLA MOBILE HOME SERVICES, INC., a <br />Nebraska corporation, hereinafter called the Subdivider, as owner <br />of a tract of land comprising all of Lots Five (5), Seven (7}; and <br />Nine (9), and the northerly .s ix (b) feet of Lot Eleven (11}, Block <br />Seven (7), College Addition to West Lawn in the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, said tract containing O.Sb2 acres, more or less; desires <br />to have subdivided as a subdivision the foregoing described tract <br />of land which is located within the carporate limits of the City of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submits to the City Council of <br />such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and <br />plat of such proposed subdivision to be known as PEPPER SQUARE <br />SUBDIVISION, designating explicitly the land to be laid out and <br />particularly describing the lots and easements belonging to such <br />subdivision, with lots designated by numbers and easements by dimen- <br />sions, and proposes to cause the plat of such subdivision when <br />finally approved by the Regional Planning Commission and the City <br />Council to be acknowledged by such owner, certified as to accuracy <br />of survey by a registered land surveyor, and to contain a dedication <br />of easements to the use and benefit of public utilities. In con- <br />sideration of the plat of said Pepper Square Subdivision, the Sub- <br />divider hereby consents and agrees with the City of Grand Island, <br />tebraska, that it will install, ar provide, at its expense, the <br />following improvements: <br />1. Paving. The Subdivider agrees not to protest any paving <br />ar repaving of Taylor Avenue where it abuts said subdivision. <br />2. Water. City water service is available in Taylor Avenue <br />to serve the lots in said subdivision, and the Subdivider agrees to <br />c:;nnect all residential structures in the subdivisior_ to said City <br />water mains. -- <br />3. City sanitary sewer service is available to serve the lots <br />in said subdivision from the alley in Block Seven (7), College Addition <br />- 1 - ~`d.~z,:. <br />
