<br />CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE <br />KNt~i ALL N BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />That in consideration of the sum of Eighty Eight Thousand and <br />NOl100-----Dollars, ($$B,OOD.DD), We hereby sell, assign and transfer <br />unto THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, <br />all our right, title, and interest in and to a certain Lease Agreement <br />entered into an April 15, 1475, between Halt County, Nebraska, Lessor, <br />and UNITED VETERANS CLUB, A/K/A UNITED VETERAN'S, INC., Lessee, pertaining <br />to the following described premises: <br />SEE EXHIBIT "A" <br />This assigrvnent is given to secure the payment of a Note in the sum <br />of Eighty Eight Thousand and NO/100----Dollars of even date herewith, which <br />Note is due and payable on September g 1987, with interest at the rate <br />of Seventeen and Dne-Half percent. <br />This agreement shall be binding upon the Lessee and its successors and <br />assigns. <br />Dated this 12 day of PSarch 1981. <br />UNITED VETERANS CLUB, A/K/A <br />UNITED TERAN'~, INC. <br />BY: ~ <br />A.C.
