The sum of $1,505.22 for material, labor and equipment rental, fur- <br />nished by Lienholder for repair of the house and construction of the <br />basement located on the Lot and Improvements Thereon is the agreed and <br />reasonable value of the material, labor and equipment rental furnished <br />by Lienholder and is unpaid. <br />3. The sum of 51,505.22 is due and owing to Lienholder by Edward E. Ramshur <br />and Janice W. Ramshur, husband and wife, equitable owners of the Lot and <br />Improvements Thereon, the parties with whom Lienholder verbally contracted <br />for the repair work, together with interest at six (6) percent per annum <br />commencing six (6) months after October 24, 1980. <br />4.
