Ellington f"Lienholder'°) makes the following <br />account in writing of the items of material, labor and rental equipment for <br />filing a sworn statement of the amount due him from Edward E. Ramshur and <br />Janice w. Ramshur, husband and wife, and Henry M. Showalter and Thelma M. <br />Showalter, husband and wife, for material, labor and rental equipment fur- <br />nished for the repair cf a house and constructing a basement located on <br />the following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot One (1) in Spelts-Schultz Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and <br />recorded, <br />giving notice as follows: <br />1. The house and lot of land upon which the house stands described above <br />are referred to in this Mechanic's Lien as the "Lot and Improvements <br />Thereon." Lienholder claims the lien against the Lot and Improvements <br />Thereon far material, labor and rental equipment described in this Mechanic's <br />Lien. At all times mentioned in this techanic's Lien, and at the present <br />time, Edward E. Ramshur and Janice W. Ramshur, husband and wife, were <br />equitable owners, and Henry M. Showalter and Thelma M. Showalter, husband <br />and wife, were legal owners, of the Lot and Improvement Thereon. Lienholder <br />contracted with the equitable owners. Edward E. Ramshur and Janice W.
