Z am informed that <br />Marty Galley attempted to close this matter informally with your <br />Cliaatmm, ~~ ~}~ unable to reach an agseewent, and they have turned <br />this file oYer to you. <br />I am oleo advised that floe amount o€ mosey being discussed, is <br />Bey that would be due to subcontractors on tae project, and it <br />i.s likely that they will be filing liens against the property in <br />the near future to protect their interests. <br />It is important that we bath understand what went on with the <br />construction project, before we can assess the potential liabilities <br />in the case, and perhaps reach a settlecneent. <br />Masty Galley advised that the Construction Agreement developed as <br />follows: <br />3~ PYueeAers signed a Pxoposal Agrement dated July 1, 1980, <br />calling for the. construction of a hose, described as Architect <br />PZaa X8005.
