- ~ <br />Grantor and Grantee agree that Grantor shall have the <br />right to pays over the ease:~nt area and use the easement <br />area for parking and ingress and egress. Tf the construction, <br />inspection, maintenance, repair, replacement, extension, removal ~~, <br />__ -- <br />or operation of such underground electric utility lines or other- <br />appurtenances connected therewith, requires the removal ar <br />displacer~nt of such concrete or asphalt parking areas; the <br />Grantee agrees to replace such items and restore the surface of <br />said easement area as soon as possible to its original. condition <br />as it existed immediately prior thereto. <br />Grantee agrees to notify Grantor of any proposed construction <br />or excavation within the easement which would substantially impede <br />or prohibit traffic movement or parking over the easement, at <br />least thirty days prior to such construction or excavation; <br />provided, this provision for notice shall not apply in the event <br />of an emergency condition as determined by Grantee. <br />Aii electric utility lines, cables, terminals, transformers, <br />surface markers, and other appurtenances placed in, upon, above, <br />along, across, underneath, and through such easement shall remain <br />the property of the Grantee and may be removed or replaced at any <br />time.
