<br />WEE properties, a Delaware corporation, herein called

<br />hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY QF GRAND ISLAND, NESRASICA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein
<br />called Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement and
<br />right-or°-way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair
<br />reFlace, extend, remove, and operate thereon, underground
<br />electric utility lines, cables, terminals, transformers,
<br />surface markers, and other appurtenances connected therewith,
<br />in, upon, above, along, across, underneath and through a tract
<br />of land located in part of the Conestoga Mail Third Subdivision,
<br />an addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />The Northerly ane-hundred eight (108) feet of the
<br />Easterly sixteen (16} feet of the Westerly three-
<br />hundred eighty-two and six-tenths t382.6) feet o€
<br />t=he said Conestoga riail Third Subdivision; and the
<br />Northerly might {$} feet of the Westerly three-
<br />hundred eighty-two and six-tenths (3$2.6) feet of
<br />the said Conestoga :"ail Third Subdivision. Said
<br />tract of land containirq 0.11 acres mare or less as
<br />sixawr. an the plat dated lfl/21/80, marked Exhibit `A",
<br />and attached hereto and incorporated herein by
<br />reference,
<br />together wit,': the following rights:
<br />Unrestricted ingress and egress to the above-described
<br />tract of land for installation, maintenance, alteration and
<br />removal of such utilities and appurtenances.
<br />Such rights of ingress and egress shall include all
<br />rights necessary for the full and complete use, occupation
<br />anti enjoyment of the casement herein granted, including the
<br />right to excavate and refill ditches and trenches, to remove,
<br />clear, anti keep clear trees, bushes, hedges, undergrowth,
<br />and other obstructions interfering with the surveying,
<br />constructr~n; inspectiar.,^„aintenance, repair, replacement,
