The Subdividers agree to landscape any area <br />averaging thirty f+set in width adjacent to highway 30 in t;~e sub-- <br />division, pursuant to the requirements of Section 32-13(3) of the <br />Grand Island City Code; such landscaped area shall include a suitable <br />screen or site-obscuring fence, foliage, or other screening material <br />if the lot is used for the storage of unassembled or unfinished <br />material ar inoperable equipment or automobiles. such landscaping <br />shall be completed within one planting season after the Tats are built <br />upon. <br />4. Warranty. The undersigned owners, as Subdividers, warrant <br />that they are the owners in fee simpie of the land described and <br />proposed to be known as Westgate Second Subdivision, and that an <br />abstract of title will be submitted for examination, if necessary, <br />upon request of the City of Grand Island. <br />5. This agreement shall run with the land and shall be binding <br />upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their successors, <br />as'ffiigns, heirs, devisees, and iegatees.
