In <br />coasiderat-ion of the acceptance of the plat of Westgate Second Serb- <br />' division, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with the City of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, that they will install or provide at their <br />expense the following improvements: <br />1, Streets and Sanitary Sewer. The Subdividers agree nat. to <br />protest any paving or repaving d?-strict for North Road where it abuts <br />said subdivision. 'the dedication of the extension of Westgate <br />Road from North Road *-o the east lot Line of Lot Eleven (11), <br />Westgate Subdivision, :loll County, Nebraska, is not included ir. <br />this subdivision for the reason that the entire property included. <br />herein is proposed for a single purpose use. In the event there is <br />any future subdivision of the property included in Westgate Second <br />Subdivision or the property immediately adjacent north thereto, <br />subdividers agree to dedicate a strip of land thirty (3Q} feet wide <br />adjacent to the north line of Westgate Second Suhdivisio~u to the <br />public use as rigtst-of-way for said Westgate Road from said North <br />Road to the east line of Lot Eleven (11}, Westgate Subdivision. <br />Subdividers further agree that in the avant the land- included <br />in Westgate Second Subdivision or the property inmmediately adjacent <br />north thereto is subdivided, subdividers shall immediately provide <br />paving and sanitary sewer i~rovements within said right-of-way in <br />accordance with glans and specifications approved by .the city <br />en~;ineea and shall pay one-half of the total cost of said improvements. <br />2. Water. Fublic water service is not available to the sub- <br />divisicm; therefore, the Subdividers stay provide private wells for <br />each ~t3'u£~te;re l+acated within said subdivision. The Subdividers agree <br />~t to protest the creation of any water districts within said sub- <br />divfaion, sand furttrer agree to connect any and all structures to any <br />~raEer act atxtrttl,c~g the lot upon which said structure is located <br />wttGbits thz cratratzuction seasons after completion of said water main. <br /> <br />
