HAMLING, husband and wife, hereafter referred to as "Sellers°, and CLARENCE L. PARSONS, hereafter referred to as "Buyer". WITNESSETH: 1. Sale. Sellers agree to sell and convey to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to purchase the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska: Lot Two (2), in Block Three (3) of Valley View Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; also described as part of the East Aalf (E~} of Section Twenty Two (22), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P. t1.; also referred to as 1023 East Oklahoma St., Grand Island, Nebraska. together with all improvements and appurtenances thereto belong- ing. All Building materials now on the property are included, including carpeting. The wall furnace and micrawave are not su.'~.- jects of this contract. 2. Purchase Price. The purchase price .`_or the above des- cribed real and personal property is the sum of Thirty Three Thousand Dollars ($33,000.00), payable as follows: (a) Seiler hereby acknowledges receipt of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) as down payment on the purchase price of this contract. (b) The balance of Twenty Eight Thousand Dollars (528,000.00), together with interest at the rate of sixteen (16) percent on the unpaid balance payable in one installment due and payable on March 24, 1981. 3. Possession. Buyer shall have possession of said prop- erty, all improvements and personal property upon closing and payment of the down payment on or before December 24, 1986. 4.
