<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that respondent is awarded the following
<br />personal property acquired during the marriage: livingroom chairs,
<br />lamp, mattress and springs for bunk beds and chest, vaccumm cleaner,
<br />microwave oven, coffee table and liviragroam end tables, Livingroom
<br />lamps, balck and white t.v., Equitable Savings account {$4,800),
<br />Home Federal Savings account ($31,600), checking account at Cairo
<br />Bank ($200}, 1977 Ford Thunderbird, 1976 Chevrolet Camero, irriga-
<br />tion well on her property, T&L pivot system, and pork maker.
<br />IT TS FURTHER ORDERED that the petitioner shall assume and pay
<br />the following debts: Equitable real estate mortgage, $18,000;
<br />First State Bank, $40,000, Nor. & i~Irs. halter Bennett, $9,000.
<br />IT IS FE~RTHER ORDERED that the respondent-assume anti pay the
<br />following debts= balance of land contract, $34,000, TEL lrrigation
<br />contract, $30,000.
<br />As further division of property, respondent shall have judg-
<br />ment against the petitioner in the sum of $16,000 which amount
<br />shad bear interest at 87 from this date.
<br />IT IS FURTHdER ORDERED that respondent is restored her previous
<br />mantled name of Perkins.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that petitioner pay the Caurt costs
<br />..~ter~in including an allowance toward respondent's attorney's fees
<br />,'zn the amount of $504.
