Petitioner was present with attorney Andrew J. Mcitullen. Respondent was present with attorney Steve Vaigt, Evidence commenced on the, cross-petition of the. respondent. Upon completion of the evidence the Court took the matter under advisement, On this 24th day of October, 1979, upon consideration of the evidence, the Court finds that the Court has jurisdiction of the parties and of the subject matter of the action; that the parties were mz~:rrisd an November 30, 1974, in Cairo, Nebraska; that there are uo children of this marriage; that the marriage is irretrievably 'broken and every reasonable effort has been made far reconciliation; tha* the znara•«,age shoe:ld be dissolved; property divided, debts al"la= cated, costs and attorneys' fees assessed; and thot the prier married name of the respondent be restored to her. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, ANP DECREED that the marriage of Walter Lee Bennett and Betty Jean Sennett is dissolved; provided the dissolution shall not be final until six months from this date except far the purposes of appeal. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the petitioner is awarded the real estate described as follows: I,ot I of Section 6 and Lot 2 of Sec.t~.on in Taw-nship 8 North, Range 13 West of the. 5tiz f-. e4. and all of the west part of Lot I of said Section 5 which lies directly south flf Lot I1 of Section 32, Township 9 North, Range 13 West of the bth P.M., all in $uffalo County.
