Powees and Duties. <br />,~• <br />The Board of Administrators shall have the powers and duties <br />necessary far the arministration of the affairs of the Association and <br />the Condominium Prap~rty Regime, and- may do all such sets and things <br />a_xcept as by law ar by the Master Deed or by these By+Laws'may not be <br />de2e>3ated to the C~oard of Administrators by the suite awReYS.
