<br />The Board of Administrators shall have the powers and duties
<br />necessary far the arministration of the affairs of the Association and
<br />the Condominium Prap~rty Regime, and- may do all such sets and things
<br />a_xcept as by law ar by the Master Deed or by these By+Laws'may not be
<br />de2e>3ated to the C~oard of Administrators by the suite awReYS. Such
<br />powers and duties of the Board of Administrators shall include but shall'
<br />not be limited Co the following: :'

<br />(a} Operation, carte, upkeep and maintenance of the common
<br />areas, limited common areas, and facilities.
<br />{b} Determination cf ttze common expenses required-for the
<br />' affairs of the Condominium, including, without limitation,
<br />the operation and maintenance of the Regime.
<br />{e} Collection of the assessments {which for the purpose of
<br />these By-Laws shall mean such portion of the common
<br />expenses as are payable by the respective owners} from
<br />nwners.
<br />(d} ~mplayment and ci:i<amissal of the personnel necessary far
<br />the m~-rintenance and aperratian of the general common
<br />ar'c=as, .lim9.te:9 common areas, and facilities..
<br />(e} Adopt.t,on arrcl amendment of rules and regulations covering
<br />t, hie c3etaiis ai' the caperatian and use of the Condominium
<br />Property Regime.
<br />(fi opening a£ bank accounts on behalf of the Association
<br />and desiranating the signatories requited therefor,
<br />fg} Obtainin<i of insurance for the Condominium Property
<br />Regime, including the soiree pursuant to the provisions
