<br />Section 6. Quorum.
<br />A Quorum for Association meetings stall consist of the presetrre'';.
<br />in person. or by proxy, of suite or garage owner s.tiolding a majority of .the.
<br />total basic value of the Condominium Property Regime;-using the percent
<br />ages set forth in Paragraph vi of the Master Deed ,_, unless otherwise
<br />provided in these 8y-i,aws or the Master Deed.
<br />Section ~. Voting.
<br />The owner or owners of each suite or garage, or some person ~'
<br />designated by such owner or owners to act as proxy on his or their behalf
<br />and who need not be an owner, shall be entitled to cast the votes
<br />appurtenant to such suite or garage at all meetings. The designation of
<br />any such proxy shall be made in writing to the Secretary, 8rrd shall be
<br />r~+vocable at any time by written notice to the Seczetary, by the owner or
<br />owners so designating. In instances of other than individual-ownership,
<br />any or all of such owners may be present at any meeting of the owners
<br />and (those constituting a group ac-tine unanimously}, may vote or take any
<br />other action as an individual owner either in person or by proxy. However,
<br />no person may act as proxy for the etcher or owners of mote than one suite..-

<br />if any meeting of the Association cannot be held because a
<br />quorum has not attended, a majority in common interest of the sui*_e or
<br />garage owners who are present at such meeting, either in person or by
<br />proxy, may adjourn the meeting to <~ time not less than forty-eight t4$}
<br />hours froth the time the original m!;reti.nq was called.
