<br />The officers of the Association shalt be. elected annaally by .;

<br />The President shall be the chief executive officer of the
<br />Association. Fie shalt prryside at all meetings of the Association and of
<br />the Hoard of Administrators. Ete Shall have. all of the general powers
<br />and duties which are incident to the office of President of a non-profit
<br />corporation, including but not limited to, the power to appoint committees
